How do you further engage new Airstream owners and help them realize their dream Airstream life?
By inviting them to join the Club with a video, utilizing unconventional visuals and animations that celebrate the Club’s adventurous spirit while highlighting the many benefits that come with membership.
Our challenge
Making the decision to buy a spectacular, new Airstream travel trailer or touring couch is incredibly exciting – and can come with a lot of questions. How do I change a tire? Where’s the best place to camp on the west coast? Can I get discounts on travel-related product? How will I get the most use out of my new purchase? Are there other people like me?
What is it like to live riveted?
To help potential buyers experience the life of an Airstream owner while making final purchase decisions at the dealership, we were tasked with creating a compelling video to play at dealer locations. The video needed to convey the tremendous club perks, the valuable network of support and opportunities, and the essence of what it is like to live the adventurous life of an Airstream owner and club member.
Our solution
We started by scripting clear, concise messaging outlining the key benefits of the Club and pairing it with a dynamic design style that said, “join the party” with fun, visual content.
Member testimonials provided the credible assurance that pre-sold owners needed to say “YES” to the joining the Club and to start fully enjoying the benefits, camaraderie and vibrant community of seasoned travelers.
Key Insights
Meeting people where and when they need specific information is critical to being heard. By showing the pre-sale video in dealerships as folks make their final purchase decisions, Airstream Club International met the needs of people who wanted the assurances that come with membership. Traveling with friends who can share experiences and help you out along the way is a fun way to see the world.
