We Rally Together!
Having worked with travel trailer brand Airstream Inc for years, we were thrilled when asked to help the Airstream Club International dial up its brand personality and share their core spirit of fun and adventure. Yes! Let’s rally together!
Our challenge
Airstream Club International is the longest rolling, single-branded RV Club in the world. Members of the Club are supported by like-minded, seasoned travelers who are eager to share insider tips with new owners, eliminating the worry and hassle – so all they need to do is enjoy the camaraderie – and the ride.
While ACI has an amazing following of dedicated ”streamers” to date, there were still many current Airstream owners and a growing number of future owners (of all ages) that we needed to attract to start benefiting from all that the Club offers.
Our solution
Domo’s design journey started by updating and contemporizing the Club’s visual identity while maintaining the core heritage of Airstream founder, Wally Byam – critical to long-standing members. We then told the Club’s story in an upbeat design style that captured the essence of who they are and what the Club experience is really like.
The quarterly (and digital) publication of the Blue Beret also got a face lift that reflects the updated bold, fun and inclusive brand image.
Airstream Club International launched it’s Explorer program in partnership with Airstream Inc. – offering a free one year membership to the Club with the purchase of every new touring couch or travel trailer. To further promote the Club, we developed a postcard series that recruits new members to the Club by sharing the fun features and benefits of membership.
A sizzle video series really brought the brand essence to life, letting viewers virtually ”enjoy the ride!”
The Results
The Airstream Club International is on fire and growing like crazy. Continuing the build on the non-stop energy and amazing benefits it has to offer, there’s no stopping this party!
