Why? Because understanding the key customer insights, trends, and category landscape is critical to our process.​

For example, inspired by the customers’ affinity for the product’s fragrance, our redesign exploration for Wet Ones elevated the scent profile and refreshing experience. ​

Studies reveal that female consumers have a genuine appreciation for style and aesthetics in the products they buy. To leverage this insight for Playtex Gloves, we injected fashion into a utilitarian category for a more contemporary and appealing package.​

After we learned that customers found the dry eye category confusing and hard to navigate, our package re-fresh for global powerhouse Systane Eye Drops clarified the portfolio at shelf. ​
